About the Role
This onsite, full-time contract position is ideal for professionals with an electrical background and proven experience in industrial construction. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring safety, quality, and efficient coordination between contractors and company operations on a dynamic project site. Responsibilities

- Observe and document contractor construction activities to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements
- Monitor contractor performance, recommend and implement corrective actions when safety or quality standards are not met
- Foster positive working relations with stakeholders, including company staff, contractors, and project engineering teams
- Review and provide feedback on design documents as needed
- Coordinate and communicate work activities between multiple contractors and company operations
- Maintain thorough, accurate daily reports and photographic documentation of site activities
- Ensure company policies (including LOTO, hot work, confined space) are followed and coordinate compliance
- Collaborate with other departments to support safety, scheduling, material deliveries, and administrative tasks
- Maintain a strong presence in the field (90% fieldwork), navigating uneven and dusty terrain

Required Skills and Experience

- Hands-on construction experience in an industrial setting (electrical background required)
- 2-5 years of relevant experience with demonstrated leadership ability
- Advanced knowledge of OSHA regulations and site safety standards
- Strong communicator with proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficient in standard software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and driving company vehicles onsite

Preferred Skills

- Ten years of supervisory/project experience
- Civil, mechanical, operational, or QA/QC expertise
- Project management certification or specialized training

- Experience with electric generation site projects
- Advanced construction management skills
