* Adapt and implement new equipment installation technologies when they are needed and justified for project and process improvement.

* Investigate and recommend equipment modifications to the technology area design team to improve performance, reliability, or maintainability.

* Manage logistics of incoming equipment orders, ensuring timely delivery, proper documentation, and coordination with project schedules.

* Serve as the first point of contact between vendors and the project team, facilitating clear communication and resolving issues quickly.

* Provide onsite support at internal and external vendor locations throughout the fabrication process and during final equipment checkout.

* Collaborate with design teams to review layouts and ensure that the most up-to-date technology and best practices are accurately reflected in design documentation.

* Work closely with facilities and manufacturing teams to gather feedback and incorporate improvements into equipment and process designs.

* Provide the project or task with innovative thinking and strong problem-solving skills while maintaining a customer-focused mindset.

* Offer direction and guidance to team members to develop and strengthen their installation competencies and technical capabilities.

* Provide CAD support as needed, including the use of AutoCAD for reviewing and updating design drawings.

* Participate in commissioning activities, ensuring equipment is installed, tested, and brought into service according to project requirements.

* Support equipment troubleshooting and process improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing performance.

* Travel to worldwide operations as required for project meetings, equipment installation, and commissioning, with travel frequency and duration varying by project stage and status.

* Support off-hours conference calls and meetings with international project teams as needed to align schedules and maintain project momentum.

* Work extended hours, including some Saturday shifts, during periods of high project workload or construction to meet project objectives.
