Earth Breeze is hiring two Associate Formulation Chemists to support product improvement and innovation. One role is in Harrodsburg, KY, the other in Albany, CA. You’ll develop new formula prototypes, run lab testing, and maintain quality control to ensure consistent products.
You’ll coordinate external testing, run pilot trials, document results, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements while maintaining lab safety and inventory control.
