As a Security Officer Patrol in Harrodsburg, KY
, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to deter security incidents, and support daily operations through strong customer service and communication. This role offers the chance to work with an agile, reliable, and innovative team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

Pay Rate: $18.90 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at the location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols through production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and perimeter points to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, and report security-related concerns, policy violations, and maintenance issues observed during patrols.
• Support site operations by completing incident reports, maintaining activity logs, and assisting with traffic, visitor, and delivery coordination in an industrial environment.

• Be at least 21 years of age. (for armed roles 21+, for unarmed roles 18+)
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Drug screening required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.
