As an Early Years Practitioner
, you will:

• Support the planning and delivery of creative activities tailored to the children’s individual needs.
• Foster the physical, emotional, social, and language development of each child.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of children in your care, including supervising playtime and mealtimes.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene for equipment and resources.
• Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, staff, and external agencies.
• Keep records and support the learning journey of your key children.

• Communication Skills
  :
  Ability to connect with children, families, and colleagues.
• Flexibility
  :
  Willing to take on new challenges and adapt in a dynamic setting.
• Experience
  :
  Prior experience is desirable but not essential. We value enthusiasm, initiative, and a love for early childhood education.
• Qualifications
  : A Level 3 qualification in childcare is desirable, but not essential. Safeguarding training is required.
