A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN F&B TEAM MEMBER AT OUR HOTEL We have roles available across all outlets - matching whatever your availability may be - breakfast, during the day, or evenings; both mid-week and weekends Serve in the restaurant or bar, maintaining a high level of attentiveness to guest needs. Set up the dining area to ensure a fresh, inviting presentation and seamless guest experience.

Great attention to detail to keep the restaurant and bar area looking fresh and organised. Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus, but a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are even more important. Strong time management skills to manage set-up, service, and clean-up efficiently within a busy shift. A team-oriented mindset, ready to work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver a smooth experience.
