As Head of F&B, you will lead the planning and operational delivery of catering and hospitality services, ensuring every event is executed to the highest standards of quality, service and profitability. Working closely with clients, venue stakeholders and internal teams, you will drive operational excellence, maximise commercial performance, and create memorable experiences while developing a high-performing team culture.

• Lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of catering and hospitality services across the Great Yorkshire Event Centre and Outside Catering events, ensuring exceptional client and customer experiences.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, venue stakeholders and internal departments to ensure seamless event delivery and effective communication at every stage.
• Take ownership of operational and financial performance, delivering venue targets, KPI achievement, accurate forecasting, event reporting, billing documentation, and identifying opportunities to increase revenue and profitability.
• Continuously review operational performance, implementing improvements that enhance efficiency, service quality, guest satisfaction and commercial outcomes.
• Recruit, develop and inspire teams through effective leadership, training and open communication, creating a positive, high-performing culture.
