This is a hands-on role ideal for someone practical, self-motivated, and capable of carrying out a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities Carry out general maintenance and repair work Perform joinery tasks Complete general plumbing duties Conduct property repairs and refurbishments Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently Maintain tools and equipment in good working order Identify and report additional repair needs Requirements Proven experience in joinery/carpentry Practical plumbing experience Multi-trade background preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills Good attention to detail Full driving licence (preferred) About Us As part of Compass you'll help to feed people, fuel progress and forge connections in around 6,000 venues.
