PRS LTD is recruiting a Fabric Maintenance Operative / Handyperson to cover PPM and reactive maintenance on an estate in the Harrogate area. The handyperson will be responsible for completing planned and reactive maintenance to the buildings. Mon-Fri 40 hours per week days.

Complete reactive repairs, planned maintenance, basic lighting and plumbing tasks, fabric maintenance duties – joinery, painting, plastering, compliance
