We are recruiting for a Fabric Maintenance Operative / Handyperson to cover PPM and reactive maintenance on an estate in the Harrogate area. The handyperson will be responsible for completing planned and reactive maintenance to the buildings. Mon-Fri 40 hours per week days. Some flexibility with start and finish times.

Description:

Complete reactive repairs, planned maintenance
Basic lighting tasks
Basic plumbing tasks
Fabric maintenance duties – basic joinery, painting, plastering etc.
Compliance checks
Handyperson duties

Handyperson requirements:
Applicants are expected to have several years prior experience some of which will have been in a similar role and have good customer skills
Willing and able to pass security checks
It is essential the candidate is self-motivated
Experience of fabric maintenance tasks
