Ashville College, Harrogate, is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Administrator to work in the Prep School.
The successful candidate will provide key support to the life and work of the Prep School and will demonstrate a warm and professional reception service as the first point of contact. They will be required to deliver a confidential administrative service for the Head of Prep School and the wider team, whilst working collaboratively with other colleagues across the College.
Experience of working in a school setting or in a similar administration role is essential for this role, along with strong administrative and communication skills, and the ability to engage with staff, pupils and parents. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and a working knowledge of school management databases would be preferable.
This is a full‑time role working 35 hours per week, 8:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday, term time plus 5 training days. The salary for this role is £25,107 per annum (£32,000 FTE).
