The Administrative Assistant of Student Affairs performs a wide range of administrative and office support activities to facilitate the efficient operation of the Office of Student Affairs.
Responsibilities- Promote the mission of Lincoln Memorial University.
- Promote effective working relationships among faculty, staff, and students.
- Ensure that programmed activities enhance the mission statement of the university.
- Assist in completing required institutional and program accreditation reports and other reports necessary for the operation and advancement of the University.
- Represent and advocate for the LMU - CVM student body.
- Assist in maintaining student records and files.
- Process student expense reports.
- Purchase for student clubs.
- Create imodules for student clubs.
- Process necessary student event forms (i.e. Legal, Risk Management, etc.).
- Assist with student wellness events.
- Assist with CVM ceremonial events, such as Orientations, White Coat ceremony, and Commencement.
- Assist with CVM Awards Day planning.
- Verify vaccine records through Certiphi.
- Serve on assigned committees.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Prior experience in student Affairs or administration in a higher education setting.
