Overview
The Faculty Assistant shall assist multiple faculty members in their day-to-day operations and communication requirements. In addition, this person works closely with College of Dental Medicine Staff and Students.
Responsibilities- Promote the mission of Lincoln Memorial University and the College of Dental Medicine to all faculty, staff, students and to the community at large.
- Promote effective working relationships among faculty, staff, and students.
- Participate on Dental School committees.
- Assist faculty members of the Dental School in carrying out their respective duties in the dental school.
- Coordinate with the Executive Assistant to the Dean and the Assistant to the Associate Dean for Academics, as necessary.
- Assist with establishing effective office organizational and management procedures in accordance with university and dental school policies.
- High School Diploma.
- Excellent organizational abilities.
- Strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Proficiency with office software (such as Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Understanding the specific needs and procedures of the College of Dental Medicine.
