This is a fantastic opportunity for an Associate Dentist to join a modern, paperless practice in Harrogate, paying £13.50-£15 per UDA with a negotiable list volume. You'll benefit from a 50% private split, in a practice that is actively looking to grow its private offering. Working across 7 well‑equipped surgeries, you will have access to digital intraoral scanners, digital x‑rays, all running on Dentally.
This is a permanent, full‑time or 4‑day role with flexible hours (9:00‑5:00 or 8:30‑5:00) and a flexible start.
- £13.50-£15 per UDA, with a stable, negotiable list
- Negotiable UDA volume across a 4 or 5 day working week
- 50% private split with strong scope to grow private patients
- Choice of full‑time or 4 days per week
- Flexible hours – 9:00‑5:00 or 8:30‑5:00
- Full‑time hygienist‑therapist on site to support your list
- On‑site sedation support from experienced colleagues
- Referral pathway to a DWSI via the sister practice
- Free on‑site parking
- GDC registration (essential)
- NHS Performer Number (essential)
- Confident, recent experience working within the UK NHS dental system, ideally 2-3 years
- Comfortable working confidently across a mixed NHS/private caseload
- Keen to develop a private patient base – a bonus, not essential
- A collaborative, team‑focused approach
- 7‑surgery, fully paperless practice in Harrogate
- Digital intraoral scanners and digital x‑rays throughout
- Runs on Dentally software
- Team blend of experienced associates and junior dentists, with strong clinical support
- Full‑time hygienist‑therapist on site
- Colleagues offering sedation for patients who need it
- DWSI referral pathway available via a sister practice
