What You’ll Be Doing:- Supporting teachers in delivering fun and engaging lessons
- Working with pupils 1:1 or in small groups
- Helping to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Assisting with behaviour management and pupil engagement
- Providing support for children with additional needs
- Experience working with children (school-based or similar)
- A patient, caring, and positive attitude
- Someone reliable, flexible, and ready to get involved
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for helping children thrive
