Job Description
The Department of Education at Lincoln Memorial University invites applications for a full-time faculty position within the Doctor of Education (EdD) program. The successful candidate will possess expertise in curriculum and instruction, instructional practices, teaching and learning, or a closely related field and demonstrate a strong commitment to practitioner-focused doctoral education
Required Qualifications
Earned terminal degree (EdD or PhD) in Curriculum & Instruction, Instructional Leadership, Educational Leadership, Teaching & Learning, or a closely related field. Evidence of successful teaching experience in higher education and/or PK-12 settings or closely related field. Demonstrated understanding of instructional practices, adult learning, and practitioner-based doctoral education. Strong written, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience teaching at the doctoral level. Dissertation chairing or committee experience.
Experience with qualitative, quantitative, or mixed methods research
Familiarity with learning management systems (e.g., Canvas)
