Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Didactic Director of Education and didactic faculty in the implementation and management of the PA program didactic curriculum.
  • Assist with the coordination and organization of didactic courses and instructional activities, including scheduling, classroom preparation, and distribution of course materials.
  • Support the management of course documentation, including syllabi, learning objectives, lecture materials, and course resources within the program’s learning management system.
  • Assist faculty with exam preparation, formatting, distribution, and secure storage of assessments.
  • Provide administrative assistance for course evaluations, exam reviews, and other instructional activities.
  • Maintain organized records of didactic curriculum materials, assessment documents, and program evaluation data.
  • Assist with coordination of faculty meetings, curriculum meetings, and accreditation‑related activities, including preparation of meeting materials and documentation of minutes.
  • Support communication with students, faculty, and university departments regarding didactic curriculum activities and scheduling.
  • Assist with maintaining educational technology and classroom resources used in didactic instruction.
  • Provide primary administrative support for the Director of Assessment for continuous quality improvement activities.
  • Assist with collection, organization, and tracking of program evaluation data, including course evaluations, exam performance data, and student feedback.
  • Support the preparation of assessment reports and data summaries used for internal program review and accreditation reporting.
  • Maintain organized documentation related to the program’s self‑assessment plan and ARC‑PA accreditation requirements.
  • Assist faculty and program leadership with data entry, record maintenance, and documentation needed for accreditation evidence and program review.
  • Track completion of faculty assessment activities, course reviews, and curriculum improvement initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support for faculty research and scholarly activities.
  • Assist with literature searches, formatting manuscripts, preparing presentation materials, and organizing research documentation as directed by faculty.
  • Support coordination of research meetings, project timelines, and documentation of scholarly work.
  • Assist faculty with tracking publications, presentations, and scholarly output for program reporting.
  • Provide administrative assistance related to institutional research compliance processes, when applicable.
  • Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to didactic faculty, including assistance with scheduling meetings, coordinating course activities, and managing instructional materials.
  • Assist with coordination of student academic activities, including review sessions, course communications, and distribution of instructional resources.
  • Respond to routine inquiries from students and faculty regarding didactic curriculum logistics and scheduling.
  • Assist faculty with course organization and administrative tasks to support efficient delivery of instruction.
  • Support program faculty and leadership in program events, meetings, and academic activities.
  • Assist with preparation and coordination of program retreats, faculty development sessions, and accreditation‑related events.
  • Participate in program and university activities as assigned.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of the PA program mission and the University mission.
Required Qualifications

Experience working in healthcare education, education, or research environment.

Familiarity with statistical analysis or research.

Strong organizational, technical, and communication skills.

Associate or bachelor’s degree in public health, statistics, or related field.
