Are you an Early Career Teacher (ECT) in the Leeds and Harrogate area, looking to begin your teaching journey in a supportive, rewarding environment this September?
We are currently recruiting passionate and motivated ECTs to work across a variety of settings, including Primary, Secondary, SEN, and SEMH provisions
. Whether you are seeking your first role or exploring different educational settings, we offer flexible opportunities to help you grow and succeed.
As an ECT, you will:
- Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons tailored to your pupils’ needs
- Support students’ academic, emotional, and social development
- Work collaboratively with experienced teachers and support staff
- Contribute to a positive and nurturing learning environment
- Gain valuable experience across different settings (if desired)
- Primary Schools – EYFS, KS1 & KS2
- Secondary Schools – KS3 & KS4 (various subjects)
- SEN (Special Educational Needs) Schools
- SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health) Provisions
Flexible working options are available to suit your preferences, including full-time, part-time, and long-term roles

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending qualification
- A genuine passion for teaching and supporting young people
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- A positive, resilient, and adaptable approach
- Willingness to learn and develop as an ECT
