Job Title:

MOT Tester Working Hours and Compensation:

• Basic Salary:
  Upto £35,000
• Bonus:
  Team bonus of £300 per month for achieving prep volume target
• Bonus:
  Team bonus of £300 per month for achieving 100 cars on display
• Working Hours:
  
  Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with one Saturday per month (8 am to 5 pm) contracted.
• Flexibility on hours can be discussed for the right candidate
• Additional Saturdays are paid at time and a half, pre‑agreed with the Workshop Controller
• 28 Days paid holiday inc bank holidays
• MOT license a must!!

As an MOT Tester, your primary responsibility will be to MOT Test our stock vehicles, ensuring they are prepared to the highest standards. We value quality workmanship and attention to detail, and we prioritise a clean working environment. The successful candidate will possess either an IMI Level 3 qualification or equivalent or demonstrate good experience time served as a mechanic and MOT Tester.

• IMI Level 2 or 3 qualification or five years' time served as a mechanic.
• MOT license
• Ability to work unsupervised, with a keen eye for detail and commitment to quality.

• Uniform provided, including sweatshirts, trousers, polos, and fleece.
• £50 allowance for boots every 2 years.
• 20 days holiday plus bank holidays.
