You will supervise Mobile Care Assistants, ensure care plans meet individual needs and comply with CQC standards, and support the Registered Care Manager in delivering a high-quality service.
The role requires at least 2 years of supervisory care experience and a Level 2 health and social care qualification ( Level 3 preferred).
