This is a hands‑on role where precision, organisation and consistency matter. You’ll be trusted to follow processes properly, maintain high standards, and keep production and warehouse operations running smoothly.

Your responsibilities as Warehouse Operative
  • Prepare and mix ingredients to exact recipe specifications while maintaining quality standards
  • Operate and maintain a clean, organised mixing room and warehouse environment
  • Accurately record batch codes, label products, and complete all required documentation
  • Load, unload and move goods safely using material handling equipment, including forklifts
  • Ensure correct segregation of products, including allergens and stock rotation (FIFO)
  • Follow all health & safety procedures and report issues, damages, or risks promptly
What we’re looking for in a Warehouse Operative
  • Previous experience in food production, manufacturing, or warehouse operations
  • A full, UK driving licence (essential)
  • Experience operating machinery or material handling equipment (e.g. forklifts)
  • Strong understanding of health & safety and compliance procedures
  • Ability to follow detailed processes, recipes, and documentation accurately
  • Experience working with stock control, labelling, and batch traceability

Your core working hours will be Monday-Friday, around 40 hours per week, with the occasional Saturday. Working hours can vary due to the demands of the business and production targets.
