Job Title: Production Operative / FLT Driver

Location: Harrogate

Salary: £32,500 - £33,500 per annum

Hours: Full time, fixed rotating shift pattern including days and nights

Our client is searching for an individual who is driven to work to the best of their ability in a fast paced factory environment.

• Operate various machinery to ensure production is maintained whilst ensuring key targets are achieved.
• Help to perform routine maintenance on machinery to limit and prevent breakdowns.
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols to foster a safe working environment.
• Monitor quality of products during the production process, making adjustments as necessary.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment, reporting any issues or malfunctions.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation surrounding production.
• Complete change over of machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
• Help to meet production deadlines and targets.
• Work in line with all Health and Safety requirements.

• Previous experience working within a similar environment.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot machinery and equipment.
• Fork Lift Licence (highly preferable).
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with great attention to detail.
• Health and Safety conscious.
• Great communication skills.
• Team player mentality.

In return as Production Operative / FLT Driver
