Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or using a dishwashing machine;
Washes pots, pans and trays and ensures cleanliness and sanitation;
Polishes silver using burnishing equipment and procedures;
Maintains proper temperatures and chemical levels per standards;
Keeps dish area orderly and sanitized; sweeps and mops kitchen floors
