Key Responsibilities
- Process grants, accounts payable, and payroll using Sage Intacct and
- Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and month‑end closings
- Support year‑end audits, 990 preparation, and annual budget development
- Manage cash flow, investment accounting, and donor restriction tracking
- Maintain financial records and ensure GAAP compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 3+ years of nonprofit accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and nonprofit accounting principles
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (Sage Intacct preferred)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
