We're looking for an experienced Senior Tax Manager to deliver a full range of tax services to our clients with the organizational skills and communication to manage multiple relationships and meet every deadline. This is a leadership role that spans client-facing advisory work and internal team development.
- Review complex business and individual tax returns, ensuring accuracy and full compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Collaborate directly with clients to develop and implement tax planning strategies tailored to their goals
- Provide consulting and expertise on business matters, including general retirement planning strategies
- Train and mentor staff and seniors, assessing their performance and fostering professional growth
- Oversee a diverse client portfolio while managing workloads to consistently meet deadlines
