The Project Accountant will play a key role in supporting financial operations related to ongoing projects and company initiatives. This Project Accountant position will work closely with accounting leadership, operations teams, and project managers to ensure accurate financial reporting, job costing, billing, and analysis.

• Manage project accounting functions including job costing, budgeting, billing, and revenue tracking
• Prepare and analyze project financial reports and forecasts
• Monitor project expenses and identify cost variances
• Assist with month‑end close activities and reconciliations
• Collaborate with project managers and operational teams to ensure financial accuracy
• Support process improvement initiatives and help streamline accounting procedures
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Serve as a trusted Project Accountant resource for internal stakeholders and leadership

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of accounting experience; project accounting or construction/manufacturing industry experience is a plus
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP/accounting systems
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment
