What You'll Do:- Manage full billing cycle from invoice preparation through collections
- Partner with internal stakeholders on WIP, write-offs, rate adjustments, and billing disputes
- Monitor AR aging and drive collections on outstanding balances
- Ensure compliance with client billing requirements and outside counsel guidelines
- Submit invoices through e-billing platforms and troubleshoot rejections
