Data Entry Specialist Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and maintain daily cash receipts, deposits, and payment information within the company's cash management system
• Verify cash transactions for accuracy and resolve data discrepancies in a timely manner
• Prepare and organize cash management documentation and supporting records for audit and reporting purposes
• Maintain electronic files and databases while adhering to company policies and confidentiality standards
• Assist with month-end cash reporting and other administrative tasks as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

• Accounting background is a plus
• Have worked within a cash management system
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
• Demonstrates initiative and willingness to take ownership of responsibilities
