• All month end support
• Conduct accounts payable activities associated with grants
• Prepare journal entries for funders as well as subrecipients
• Prepare and maintain reconciliation and tracking work papers for advanced funds
• Manage both federal and non-federal funds with various levels of restrictions

• Previous experience with post award grants
• Intermediate excel skills
• Self starter - Someone who is resourceful, assertive and motivated
• Willingness to learn
