A high-growth, private equity–backed environmental services company is adding an Accounting Manager to support continued expansion following a recent international acquisition. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing general accounting and multi-entity consolidations for a $250M+ platform, with exposure to acquisitions, process improvements, and an upcoming ERP implementation.
What You'll Do:
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
- Oversee GL, accruals, payroll accounting, and reconciliations
- Manage multi-entity consolidations (U.S. GAAP; IFRS exposure a plus)
- Oversee intercompany accounting and eliminations
- Strengthen internal controls in a PE-backed environment
- Support audit, lender reporting, and compliance
- Mentor and grow an accounting team
What They're Looking For:
- Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
- 7+ years progressive accounting experience
- Prior people management experience
- Strong GAAP + consolidation background
- Audit / internal controls knowledge
- Advanced Excel + ERP experience
Pluses: CPA, M&A/integration exposure, Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
