The Hartford is seeking a Senior Accountant (Sr Accountant - FA08BE
) to join the External GAAP Reporting (EGR) team in Hartford, CT. Hybrid role with in-office presence three days a week (Tue-Thu).
You will prepare SEC filings (10-K/10-Q) and quarterly supplements, support auditors, and drive process improvements using automation tools like WDesk and XBRL. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's/Master's in Accounting, 3+ years of experience (Big 4 or insurance), and CPA or CPA candidacy is
