Tax Manager - Hybrid | Path to Tax Director | $120K-$175K + Bonus

This firm is seeking a Tax Manager to lead their tax department. You'll work with high-net-worth individuals, small businesses, and partnerships, bringing both technical expertise and a collaborative mindset.

• CPA or EA required
• Extensive public accounting / tax experience required
  • Strong technical command of individual, partnership, and corporate tax
• Prior leadership in a tax department preferred
• Willingness to work collaboratively with junior and senior staff members
• Excellent client service and advisory skills

• Clear growth opportunities and path to Partnership
• Competitive base salary + bonus - commensurate with the Big Four
• Hybrid flexibility (3 days on-site)
• ½ day Fridays - year round (outside of the busy season)
• Reasonable busy season expectations (typically 55 - 65 hours/week)
