Our client is looking to hire a Senior Operations Analyst to join a stable, close-knit team in the financial services industry. This is a hands-on operations role that combines data management, reconciliation, reporting, client support, and basic accounting/bookkeeping responsibilities.

What you’ll do:

• Process daily transactions and maintain accurate operating records
• Perform daily, weekly, and month-end reporting and reconciliations
• Review client cash collections and accounting activity
• Analyze financial and portfolio data and identify trends
• Support client onboarding and ongoing operational needs
• Assist with accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general accounting
• Provide backup support across the Operations team
• Work directly with clients and internal colleagues

What we’re looking for:

• Accounting, bookkeeping, or accounts receivable experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfort working with numbers, spreadsheets, and financial data
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage daily deadlines and recurring processes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Associate’s degree in business/accounting preferred; equivalent experience considered
