• Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger transactions.
• Prepare and post month-end journal entries and assist with the month-end close process.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Maintain and update fixed asset and depreciation schedules.
• Support general accounting functions, reporting, reconciliations, and other day-to-day bookkeeping needs as needed.

• Previous accounting experience
• Non profit is a plus
• Intermediate excel skills- pivot tables and vlookups
• Good communication skills and strong attention to detail
