AP/Payroll Specialist | Greater Hartford, CT | Fully Onsite
Our client, a leading nonprofit organization in the Greater Hartford area, has an immediate need for an AP/Payroll Specialist to join their team. This is a fully onsite opportunity with a collaborative organization known for its strong community presence and positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities of the AP/Payroll Specialist:
- Assist with payroll processing for 500+ employees
- Support day-to-day accounts payable functions, including invoice processing and payments
- Perform bank, credit card, and general account reconciliations
- Assist with general accounting responsibilities as needed
- Support special projects and provide additional assistance to the accounting team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting experience
- Payroll processing experience preferred
- Intermediate Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and filters
- Hands-on, team-oriented attitude with the flexibility to step in and assist wherever needed
- Ability to work fully onsite in the Greater Hartford area
Salary: $47,000–$60,000
