Bilingual Front Desk Office Assistant
Our client, a growing education organization, is seeking a Bilingual Front Desk Office Assistant (English/Spanish) to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, families, and staff while supporting daily administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone who is welcoming, organized, professional, and enjoys working in a fast‑paced, community‑focused environment.
Responsibilities- Greet visitors, families, and staff while creating a positive and professional front office experience
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in both English and Spanish
- Respond to inquiries and provide administrative support to internal and external stakeholders
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings as needed
- Maintain accurate records, files, and confidential documentation
- Assist with data entry, reports, and general office support duties
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and office communications
- Support day‑to‑day office operations and help maintain an organized front desk environment
- Assist leadership and staff with administrative projects as assigned
- Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written) – required
- Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, administrative assistant, or office support role preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills with a professional demeanor
- Comfortable handling high call volumes and interacting with visitors throughout the day
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage competing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Experience with in education, healthcare, nonprofit, or mission‑driven organizations preferred
