Overview
Growing Investment firm is seeking an experienced Executive and Personal Assistant to provide support to a top C-Level Executive. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience supporting a C-suite or Chairman-level executive
, preferably within financial services.
- Manage a complex and dynamic calendar
, coordinating meetings and prioritization - Arrange detailed domestic and international travel (business and personal)
- Serve as a primary liaison to internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare and manage professional correspondence on behalf of the Executive
- Provide high-level personal support
; planning family travel, scheduling medical appointments, and overseeing household logistics - Handle all matters with utmost discretion and professionalism
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience as an Executive and Personal Assistant supporting C-level executives
- Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and other essential tools
- Highly discreet, proactive, and service-oriented
