Physical Demands & Working EnvironmentUsual working space is a well‑ventilated area. Requires standing, walking, turning, bending, stooping, and lifting. Clear speech to communicate effectively with customers (patients, families, and other team members). Fine and gross motor skills. Environment may be stressful at times; therefore ability to work under stressful conditions is necessary. Lifting up to 50 lbs may be required; anything over 50 lbs should be a team lift or performed with a lifting aid.

Key Responsibilities
- Assists CNCO as needed; complete memoranda as requested.
- Helps manage and navigate office communication; accurately relays messages to the appropriate party.
- Keeps members of the department updated on information required to make decisions regarding operations within the department. Works collaboratively with administrative offices and other departments as required.
- Maintains open lines of communication with CNCO and organizational leaders as appropriate.
- Maintains confidentiality of information; adheres to HIPAA.
- Obtains needed data for nursing administration, sorts, and files as required.
- Assists the organizational leaders with copying, filing, retrieving data, disseminating, and documenting information as appropriate.
- Formats data in the requested program and maintains an accurate filing system.
- Works to reduce rework, confusion, and waste.
- Attends meetings as requested and serves as recorder. Types and distributes agendas and minutes of meetings for which Nursing Administration has responsibility.
- Prioritizes tasks effectively.
- Point of contact for data entry into the Policy Tech system and maintains current Routine and Standing Orders on the Common Drive. Keeps calendar and notifies appropriate parties when reviews are required.
- Assists with data collection and reporting of in‑house patient satisfaction surveys. Assists CNCO with dissemination of external patient satisfaction data as required.
- Assists with administrative duties for the DON/Emergency Management Coordinator.
- Complies with OCH Policies and Procedures and adheres to the organization‑wide compliance program.
- Represents the organizational values and strives to practice “OCH” in all daily interactions.
- Other duties as assigned.
