Hartford, CT (On-site) Salary: $18-20/hr, based on experience

Employment Type:

Temporary Basic Qualifications / Must-Haves High School Diploma required. Two additional years of education or administrative experience is required. Role Overview We are seeking an Administrative Associate to provide comprehensive administrative support to management and department operations. This role requires a highly organized and self-directed individual who can manage complex administrative tasks, exercise independent judgment, and prioritize multiple responsibilities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities Provide administrative support to managers and department leadership. Perform complex administrative tasks requiring discretion, independent judgment, and problem-solving skills. Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, correspondence, and other administrative materials. Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and assist with day-to-day operational needs. Handle incoming communications and provide timely responses or route inquiries appropriately. Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation. Utilize Microsoft Office applications to create, edit, and manage business documents.

Assist with special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned. Work independently while ensuring deadlines and organizational priorities are met.
