Careerscape is recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established financial services branch in Hartford, Connecticut, for an organized and personable Branch Administrator to keep daily branch operations running smoothly. COMPENSATIONThe salary range for this role is $68,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities- Oversee daily administrative operations of the branch office
- Greet and assist customers, clients, and vendors in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records, files, and compliance documentation
- Coordinate branch scheduling, supplies, and facilities needs
- Support cash handling, balancing, and reconciliation processes
- Prepare reports and correspondence for branch management
- Assist with onboarding and training of new branch staff
- Monitor adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general customer inquiries
- Collaborate with branch manager on operational improvements
- 2 or more years of administrative or branch operations experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Comfortable working with cash handling and basic reconciliation
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
