* Establish and lead the Strategy & Tech Foresight function to anticipate and prepare for emerging technology trends
* Partner with architecture and finance teams to evaluate and engage with key platform and service partner vendors
* Enable the development of technology roadmaps that balance innovation with operational stability and cost effectiveness
* Deep understanding of modern software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices and methodologies
* Experience with agile, Dev Ops, and continuous delivery frameworks
* Strong background in enterprise architecture and technology strategy development
* Knowledge of emerging technologies and their business applications
* Experience with vendor management and strategic partnership development
* Develop and implement OKRs and KPIs (Single Pane) to measure genAI adoption, agile metrics, engineering metrics and outcomes toward achieving our SDLC+ benefits
* Partner with Finance to quantify benefits and ROI of delivery transformation initiatives
* Establish governance frameworks for tracking adoption and outcomes
* Coach and mentor teams on utilizing Single Pane visibility tools and methodologies
* Build and lead high-performing team across Strategy and Delivery Excellence functions
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration
* Develop talent pipelines and succession planning for critical roles
* Champion knowledge sharing through Chapters and Communities of Practice (CoP)
* Collaborate closely with enterprise architecture, finance, and business stakeholders
* Partner with SDLC+ value stream leader and team to ensure alignment and integration
* Work with persona leads to understand and address specific delivery needs
* Engage with executive leadership to communicate progress and strategic recommendation
* Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire large, diverse teams across multiple functions
* Strong change management and organizational transformation experience
* Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to influence at all organizational levels
* Experience building and scaling new organizational capabilities
* Track record of developing high-performing teams and leaders
* Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and ROI analysis
* Understanding of business strategy and ability to translate technology capabilities into business value
* Experience working with Finance teams to quantify and communicate benefits
* Knowledge of performance measurement and continuous improvement methodologies
* Experience in insurance, financial services, or highly regulated industries
* Background in management consulting or strategy development
* Certification in relevant methodologies (Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
* Experience with modern delivery platforms and tool chains
* Track record of successful vendor negotiations and partnership development
* MBA or advanced degree preferred
* 8+ years in senior executive roles with P&L or significant budget responsibility
* Proven track record of leading large-scale technology transformations
* Bachelor’s degree.
* 10 years of progressively increasing experience in Business/Program management/technology environment.
