• Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates to ensure alignment and transparency
• Drive process improvement by reviewing project deliverables and incorporating innovative methodologies related to product research and benchmarking studies, system configurations and assessment of new technologies
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes
• Develop and manage project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency
• Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities

Customer Engagement

Collaborating with Business Product Owners and Technical Leads for Requirement gathering and issue remediation and feedback. Serve as a key liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment. Lead workshops and stakeholder meetings to define project scope, clarify requirements, and secure agreement on deliverables. Work Execution / Delivery

Proven experience delivering complex initiatives as a Quality Analyst with US/London Market expertise across underwriting, claims, and operations. Skilled in navigating insurance systems, legacy bureau processes, and modern digital tools while collaborating effectively across global teams in matrix environments. Strong Agile practitioner (SAFe desirable), adept at PI planning and increment-based delivery. Expert in writing user stories, non-functional requirements, and mapping complex processes into actionable change.

Leads multi-team delivery, manages dependencies and risks, and drives stakeholder outcomes through KPIs and data-driven decisions.
