Dispatch hospital emergency resources for the Public Safety and Fire Safety Departments to coordinate rapid response;
Prioritize requests and pre-alert teams to ensure swift coordination of all resources;
Coordinate LIFE STAR helicopter flight requests and Critical Care Ground Transport Team responses;
Input and manage incident data and notifications in the CAD system;
Maintain composure and accurate communication in a fast-paced environment
