This is a product leadership role focused on product strategy and development, not a project management position.

• You will lead the discovery, design, development, and delivery of RILA solutions that support business growth, market differentiation, and long-term product strategy.
• You will identify emerging market opportunities, consumer needs, and industry trends to develop strategies that expand into new markets and diversify the product portfolio.
• You will assist business leaders by influencing product priorities and future growth opportunities.
• You will work alongside business partners to assess the annuity and adjacent markets to identify product concepts and evaluate their viability, competitiveness, and alignment with business objectives.
• You will collaborate with Pricing, Distribution, Marketing, Legal, State Filings, Operations, and Implementation teams to develop and bring product solutions from concept to market.
• You will build and leverage relationships with external partners, industry organizations, and third-party providers to gather market insights, identify opportunities, and inform product innovation efforts.
• You will play a key role in evaluating product performance, in-force management strategies, and market competitiveness to support portfolio optimization and business growth.
• You will contribute to risk management and product governance processes by assessing potential impacts to product design, pricing strategies, business mix, and overall portfolio performance.
• You will help define and execute short- and long-term product strategies by maintaining a deep understanding of market dynamics, competitor offerings, regulatory developments, and emerging industry trends.

• 4 Year Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of experience of equivalent work experience
• 10+ Years experience in a similar role in the insurance industry (Required)
• Strong presentation skills with demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of management through clear, informed and logical discussions/presentations
• Demonstrates ability to communicate knowledgeably and credibly with senior management and internal constituents
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
• Ability to think critically, analyze information and to evaluate the implications of a course of action or solution
• Demonstrated ability to identify, develop and implement process improvements
• Demonstrated strong relationship management skills with internal clients (e.g. senior management, peers and colleagues); proven ability to develop creative and collaborative approaches
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
