This is a part-time role with a very real path to full-time

• Presenting to groups of employees and clients
• Helping people understand their retirement options in real time
• Sitting alongside advisors and learning how the business actually works
• Growing into a visible, client-facing role quickly

What you’ll be doing:

• Support and manage 401(k) plans from setup through ongoing service
• Lead and assist with participant enrollment meetings (virtual + in person)
• Keep plans on track — deadlines, compliance, and key milestones
• Work directly with advisors and third-party partners
• Be part of client presentations and new business conversations

Who stands out:

• 3+ years in 401(k) / retirement services
• Someone comfortable speaking in front of a room — not just behind a screen
• Professional, polished, and confident with clients
• Understands ERISA basics and how plans actually work
• Hungry to grow into a bigger role

Bonus points: Series 7 or 66 (or working toward it)
