Field Foreman - Building Products - Base Salary to 80k/year - Hartford, CT

They excel in simplifying the purchasing and installation experience for dealers, contractors, and property owners.

Responsibilities:

• Adheres to all company policies, covering safety, travel, customer and vendor relationships, and company vehicles.
• Travels to job sites, collecting technical data with overnight stays as needed.
• Inspects and monitors active worksites, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
• Serves as a customer liaison, ensuring positive communication and experiences.
• Coordinates sub-tier work, directs installation scheduling, and attends job site meetings.
• Manages material reception, communicates equipment needs, and performs quality inspections.
• Works safely, aligning with company values, and takes on additional duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 1+ years of construction experience.
• Essential ability to read and comprehend construction documents, blueprints, and work orders.
• Proficient in measuring devices, basic math, and familiarity with project management systems.
• Professional communication skills with customers, tradespeople, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Travel required, approximately 15% with overnight stays.
• Physical requirements:
  
  lift 50 pounds occasionally, work at heights exceeding 20 feet regularly, and perform full range of motion activities.
• Vision for both close and long distances is necessary.

Compensation:

• Base salary up to $80,000 per year
