Required Background - No Exceptions
• 10+ years of project management experience in construction
• Successful delivery of water/wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, tanks,
• towers, or equivalent heavy engineered projects
Demonstrated ability to manage:
- Contracting & change orders
- Submittals & procurement
- Schedules (Microsoft Project or Primavera 6 proficiency required)
- Sub-contractor coordination
- Owner/client relationships
- Budgets, forecasting, and financial controls
- Expert-level in scheduling and planning
- Must know contracts for owner and sub-contractors
• workflows (Procore is a must)
• Experience working for a general contractor or construction management firm
