Superintendent, Construction (Water & Wastewater)
Pay: $90,000 - $155,000

Overview
Seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead water and wastewater construction projects. This role requires strong field leadership, planning, and subcontractor management skills.
About the Role
This position supports projects in water/wastewater infrastructure and may also contribute to commercial construction projects. The company offers strong growth opportunities, a collaborative culture, and long-term stability.
Key Responsibilities
--Lead and manage daily field operations and site logistics
--Coordinate and oversee subcontractors
--Walk the job site regularly to monitor progress, quality, and safety
--Lead daily huddles and short-term planning (look-ahead schedules)
--Drive project schedules and adjust plans as needed
--Track production, delays, and implement recovery plans
--Maintain project documentation (Procore, reports, RFIs)
--Ensure quality control and timely punch list completion
--Communicate with project managers, clients, and stakeholders
--Maintain a safe, organized job site
--Ensure compliance with project specs and regulations
--Support project closeout
Qualifications
--5+ years Superintendent experience (water/wastewater preferred)
--Experience with mechanical systems, piping, pumps, or heavy civil work
--Ability to read plans, drawings, and P&IDs
--Strong leadership and communication skills
--Experience with scheduling and field planning
--OSHA 30 Certification required
--Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
--Basic computer skills (Procore/MS Office)
Work Environment & Schedule
--Outdoor construction sites
--Some lifting required (30+ lbs)
--Monday-Friday, occasional Saturdays
--~50 hours/week
