Are you a Superintendent with a civil / utilities background, looking to work on high-profile infrastructure projects and progress into a General Superintendent role within 2 years?

The company is continuing to expand its infrastructure division following major project growth and is looking for a Superintendent to oversee critical infrastructure projects across the local area.

This is a field-based role, working closely with Project Managers to review schedules, oversee subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely and efficiently.

This role would suit an experienced Superintendent looking to join a fast-growing company offering long-term progression into senior leadership.

The Role:

• Oversee civil / utilities construction projects
• Field-based position across local project sites
• Manage subcontractors and site operations
• Work closely with Project Managers and field teams
• Conduct site and safety walkthroughs

The Person:

• Superintendent experience within civil / utilities construction
• Experience overseeing large construction projects
• Ambitious and motivated to progress into leadership
