Estimator

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Construction Estimator with 3–5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of construction processes, excellent analytical skills, and a degree in Construction Management or a related field.

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for a variety of construction projects
• Review project drawings, specifications, and related documents
• Solicit and analyze subcontractor and supplier quotes
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers
• Participate in bid meetings and presentations

• 3–5 years of experience in construction estimating
• Experienced in quantity takeoffs
• Ability to perform conceptual and schematic estimates
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field
• Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., On‑Screen, Roctek, Bluebeam, Excel workbooks)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork ability
